IE-CHI’s mission is to ensure that all children and families in the counties of San Bernardino and Riverside have quality, affordable, culturally compatible health coverage and services.
To this end the IE-CHI engages in:
A) Outreach/ education and enrollment assistance to families
B) Advocacy activities at the regional, state and national level
C) Studies on unmet health needs for children and families
