Mission Statement:

We are committed to reaching the youth in our community by providing a place for them to be built up in their gifts and talents and obtain a solid, faith-based foundation through the various elements of hip hop culture; such as dance, music, and art.

Our vision is to operate a faith-based Hip Hop Cultural Center that will offer the following:

  • Classes in B-boying, Popping, Locking, DJ-ing, MC-ing & Urban Art at reasonable rates.

  • “Freestyle Fridays” which will be a free weekly event giving the youth an opportunity to come together to express their gifts and talents in a community setting.

  • Weekly Bible study for those who wish to participate.

  • After-school tutoring programs to encourage academic success.

  • Special needs dance/music program.

  • Drug and alcohol abuse counseling.

  • Employment opportunities for participants of the center as instructors or clerks in our store or office.

It is our hope to keep the youth off the streets and provide them with a positive environment to engage in, so we will also welcome those who choose not to participate in the various classes or programs, but simply enjoy being around the culture.

The Crossover Hip Hop Center wants to be a great community partner and needs support to achieve their goals.  To make a tax-deductible financial contribution, please make checks payable to HDCF (High Desert Community Foundation) with CROSSOVER in the memo section and mail to: HDCF, PO Box 2028, Apple Valley, CA 92307.  You may also pay by credit card or PayPal account by clicking on the Donate button below:
